FXMKE, 23 year old, independent, Dutch artist releases her first single from her upcoming 2021 EP.

Hailing from a small town FXMKE always performed and was musically inclined from a young age, with songwriting as one of her major passions always believing that “things are so much easier to say in a song!”

Throughout the years FXMKE has developed her talent and perspective on music and songwriting. In late 2019 making the decision to take music more seriously and to chase her dreams, self-funding the creation of her debut single and upcoming EP as an independent artist a year later. She has performed at various local festivals in the Netherlands and, participated in the Grumpy Dutch contest in 2020 in which she earned 4th place with her cover of “Then” by Anne-Marie which was played on Radio NH Gooi.

FXMKE takes influence from various artists such as Against The Current, Hunger, Little Mix and Bea Miller, writing about her life through an unfiltered lens. Her badass attitude and honesty reflected in her music. Her debut single Where You Wanna Be is an upbeat pop-rock anthem of relatable, secret love with electronic and cinematic tones.
